Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Orders will be processed and shipped next day. Priority shipments will be shipped same day if ordered before 12PM EST.
How fast is the FREE shipping option?
We offer FREE first class shipping through USPS which typically takes 3-5 business days to deliver nationwide.
Need to change my shipping address?
We do our best to get your sunglasses out to you as soon as we can but if we are able to edit/redirect your order we will. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and updated address.
Do you offer a warranty?
Of course! We stand by our claim that our sunglasses are durable and built to last so we offer a 2 year warranty incase anything happens. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and your claim.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you have not received this email 1-2 days after placing your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Not a fan of your new Harbor Sunglasses?
This doesn't usually happen but if it ever does we offer a 30 day return policy. Just shoot us an email at email@example.com with the word RETURN in the subject line and we will send you a paid return label. When returning your order please include all items.
